Paul Root is a Queens-based interdisciplinary artist working mainly in photographic processes and painting. Their practice speaks broadly to the distortion of memory and time, concentrating on the dark and absurd realities of the American/Catholic suburban experience.
Paul’s work has been shown as a part of the Volume 0 Group Exhibition in Chelsea. They are an upcoming 2022 Artist-in-Residence at the Château Orquevaux in France.
